3/6/2014 1 Comment Thank you!Thank you so much to those of you have sent baby shower gifts! We're making piles in the spare bedroom for the big day! Matthew is one lucky boy :)
To those of you who would like to send something, I have a suggestion. When you order from one of the registries, they usually give you an option to send a free gift message. DO IT! Unless you have contacted Aron or me about sending a specific item, we won't know who sent it when it arrives. Sometimes the billing address let's us know, but some items have arrived without that information. The 3 of us want to send proper thanks on the day of the shower :)

3/6/2014 2 Comments Week 26...and fitness!Matthew is the size of a head of lettuce! It's not lost on me that he is getting bigger by the day, but I fear that there will come a point when he is so big that I will topple over :) Oh--and he has eyelashes now! If he takes after his father & me, they'll be long, plentiful, and erratic :) On Thursday mornings, I teach my 2nd TurboKick class of the week. Here's Matthew & me leaving for class this AM: Staying healthy & fit is of utmost importance to me. I know that this is the only life & body I get, and I plan to take full advantage of it, with the hopes of not being immobile when I get older. With that said, some people (I won't name names :)) like to harp on me about still being active while pregnant, especially considering the circumstances. Well, I look at it this way: Matthew's mom needs to stay healthy & sane. She does that by staying active! As long as Matthew's okay & I'm okay, I'll keep doing what I'm doing--if/when things change, I promise to do what's necessary for my baby. That's what moms do :)
I hope you all have something in your life that keeps you healthy & sane. Life's too short, people--live it up! Love to all! ~Daisha |
