2/9/2014 4 Comments IKEA!!!Oh, IKEA! It's a good thing it's 2 hours from us, because if we had one here in Tucson, I'd be broke :)
So Aron and I ventured up to IKEA yesterday to buy some stuff for the nursery & house. I knew all the dimensions of the stuff we were buying, so I measured Roja (she's my car, for those who don't know :) ) to make sure it would all fit; otherwise, we would need to rent a truck. Turned out Roja would fit everything just fine, so we went shopping (plus, our luck with rentals these days has obviously run out)! After perusing & getting the stuff we wanted, it was time to pack it up. I should preface this by saying that originally I had picked a TV stand that I knew was going to fit just fine, based on the measurements, but Aron "convinced" me at the store to get something else that was 10 inches longer. {Long sigh} Turns out that 10 inches would result in some Tetris-like, expletive-laced, "who dropped the atom bomb" antics as we attempted to get all the stuff in the car! It was quite hilarious afterwards, and here's my baby, post-mushroom cloud...

I know that face, and I could hear him all the way out in California. :)
